FYI it's like 2:30am while I"m posting this and we've been driving for quite a few hours, so sorry for the list!
Got up early, took a shower
On road to explore Yellowstone before 7
Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone – Inspiration Point and Lower falls
Hike up Mt. Washburn (okay 6 miles is waaaaay too much for out of shape Dove – lots and lots of pain going on here)
Saw Tower Falls and the Petrified Tree
Mammoth Hot Springs – drove and walked around the Upper/Lower Terraces
Saw Sheepeaters Cliff
Norris Geyser Basin – saw tons of geysers, including Whirligig which we didn’t see shoot off though
Drove Firehole Canyon Drive
Drove Fountain Flats Drive
Stopped at Fountain Paint Pot – got to see our first Geyser erupt (Spasm)
Drove Virginia Cascade Drive
Camp – rain and ham and cheese quesadilla
