Driving from PEI to Halifax, i stooped off in this place cause i was too lazy to drive the rest of the way to halifax. this was a chillax day. on the way down stopped of at some fort that also happened to be off the beaten track. while not over impressive. it had being realy well preserved and restored so it was worth the stop. also the view of the surrounding countryside added to the place. stayed at the hostel there (which was up some dirt road), where i was the only person staying there, which goes to show how quiet the place is. i think it is more of a winter sport place so probably quiet during the summers. but there was some hiking trials right behind the hostel so went for a bit of a hike to pass the evening. went up the hill to a look out point that had some good views. plus as it was an overcast day the incest thought it was thanksgiving and i was the turkey. then it pissed rain on me and i kinda got lost. ahh the great outdoors.
next morning it was on to halifax.
