Little Manitou Lake can be considered Canada's dead sea even if it is a lake. One of those oddities of nature the lake was formed at the end of the last ice age, when a glacier melted into a large hollow in the landscape thus leaving the water with nowhere to go as the rock under it was non-permeable. So over time the salt levels increased and the lake became full of minerals that they say are good for you. Of course the fun part is that it is near impossible to sink. So as you can't just jump in the lake, well unless you like really cold water, the locals have kindly set up a spa that heats up the water for you into 2 pools, one at body temp and the other a bit warmer. I'll be the first to admit it is pretty relaxing just floating about, not sure how good it is for you but you do feel refreshed after it. I was also the youngest person there by about 30 years. It was full of older folk who were there for the reputed healing powers of the water. Suppose to be great for all them aches and pains.
