“Warwick? Where??” |
I love travelling by train when going to the country - travelling through possibly the most beautiful countryside in the whole of england and it was beckoning us to visit and after finally reaching our destination we could see why people loved it so much....beautiful sunsets, lovely people and everything is green!!! After a few hiccups (including Fi booking the wrong hotel by mistake! oops!) and realising we had no idea where we were we actually ended up having a fab weekend of doing absolutely nothing! Being able to tour by day to the towns of Warwick and Stratford-Upon-Avon, view towns, gardens and buildings visited by Shakespeare before they were rebuilt and enjoying some traditional scrummy food at the local pubs has given us a lovely break away from the big smokey, loud, fastpaced city of Londontown!
