Departed for Venice early to avoid traffic - misguided concept - traffic horrendous all the way - 3 lane highway choc-a-bloc both ways - concentration level needs to be 100% .
Slight detour when we missed the turn off - 50km. About 80 campsites to choose from at Cavaillerio. Chose the worlds biggest one - 7 restaurants ,supermarkets , shops , sports clubs etc - right on the Adriatic Ocean .
