As an Editor at Real Travel, I enjoy following other people's adventures when I'm not on the road myself. What I enjoy most about traveling is the unexpected - people I meet, landscapes that surprise me, roads that take me places I've never been. When I only have time for weekend trips, I tend to stay here in California and go snowboarding, wine tasting or to the beach, reveling in all that makes me lucky to be in California. Of course, the east coast is still home to me, so I try and head there to visit family and to see my favorite cities. I long to travel to South America and India.
