A weekend full of crap!

On Sunday there is no training...so people either recover from a crazy night out on Saturday or take the time to do something rad.

I went for a long scooter bike ride to Surin Beach...about 40-50km from Rawai.  On the way, George and I stopped at Dini Mini Golf for a shouting close game that kept us on edge until the bitter end where I pulled away with a 2 stroke lead and win!  The course was fun...interesting dinosaurs, caves and waterfalls...of course it was a scorching day and shirtless was the key...to get that bronze look ya know...
