Let me just say, Tegucigalpa has the worst pollution I have ever experienced. Tried to go for a run and returned with a splitting headache, raspy breathing and a desperate need for some clean London air (trust me, after experiencing this air, even London oxygen is a welcome summer breeze).

This was just a quick stop, and thank god for that. This is the capital of take out places - pizza hut was our best option for dinner that night!
