Pohara and Golden Bay

We moved on today, further north upto Golden Bay and Pohara.  The highlight of the day was probably going up Takaka Hill, which was more of a mountain than a hillside.  The views were spectacular, even if the going was a little tough on the roads.  The beaches when we arrive in Pahahora were nowhere near as good as Kaiteriteri and we are slightly disappointed.  Nonetheless Matthew enjoys himself, we strip him naked and he plays in a pool of water on the beach for about 20 minutes, just marching up and down splashing himself.  He is absolutely filthy by the end of it!
