We have found somewhere to live!
This is the part of our trip where we have decided to settle and work!! We wanted to live in a surburb of Sydney close to the city centre and after spending some time here we set our hearts on a place called Glebe. It was hard to find a place that would take us for just 3 months. After a quite a few days of not finding anywhere suitable we decided to go for a walk along where we would quite like to live....and there was an advert for avaliable rooms outside one of the houses. We tried not too excited but after a phone call and a visit, the room was ours!!
We moved in after a visit with Mike to the 'Hunter Valley' ...another wine region!
We love Glebe...it has a main road going through the centre with all that you need. There are also over 20 cafe's along this road so Colette and I are in heaven...we have spent our days off sampling as many as possible.
We have both had a few days work now and hoping it will build up now so we can pay for the next part of our trip.
Now that we are living and working in Sydney our blog entries may become few and far between! We would still love to hear from you all so keep the emails coming.

Wow, its so exciting that you have a home! Love the pics and talk about cafe culture or what! Hows the teaching going - any easier? All I can say is that you girls are brave - I know I'd stick to the cafe's rather than try to earn a living. Anyway, when are you back? Or should I ask ARE you coming back???
