The medieval pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela is a must for history and cathedral buffs. Amble down the cobblestone streets of Seville and enjoy a bullfight in season. Madrid is an elegant European capital, boasting grand plazas, stylish boutiques, manicured parks, first-rate museums and fantastic restaurants and nightlife.
