So our last day in Thailand, Erin and I went to a cooking course where we cooked various thai dishes.  We cooked pad thai, spring rolls, green curry, tom yom soup, chicken cashew nut and mango sticky rice dish.  It was a lot of fun and it helped to make the day faster as we left to Bangkok that evening.  With full bellies we got on bus over night to Bangkok.   We were supposed to leave for Cambodia at 7am but didn't end up leaving until 9am.  Then the rest of the day went down hill.  This was by far the worst traveling day we have experienced. We spent 4 hours at the border to get our visas, then we boarded this van that should seat 15 and we packed 30 of us in there with all our bags at the front.  They were doing mechanical fixing before we left.  When we left talk about a bumpy ride.  The roads weren't paved at all, only the high beams worked on the van. We had to stop and fix the battery, and the fumes were just leaking into the van.  We made so many unnecessary stops, then we finally made it into Siem Reap.
