Friday - Arrived 8am and already 31c. Navigated round the shopping malls to avoid the heat. Caought up on some sleep in the afternoon followed by cocktails and then a visit to the 37th floor. Fantasic views of Singapore at night with great Cantonese food.
Saturday - Awake at 3am, gave up at 7am and went for a quick work out in the gym. Onto the SIA hopper to the Botanical Gardens and Orchid House. Followed by some shopping and lunch on Orchid Rd. Then onto Little India and Sim Lim Sq for some techno shopping. Dinner at the local Hawkers stalls and then onto a live rock concert. Wandered down Boat Quay for a few drinks while watching Man U. End of perfect day (2-1).
Sunday - Still not worked out how to have a lie in. Up at 6am and back at the gym. Today some more shopping then headed to China Town for the evening. Navigated around using the MRT which was so clean and efficent.
Monday - Finally a good nights sleep. Headed to Sentosa Island which was just like a 70's Butlins. Spent a few hours swimming in the Singapore Straits with the stone fish and box jelly fish. Great!
Tuesday - Headed back to China Town for the temples then onto Little Inida for lunch. Cocktails at Raffles (Singapore Sling's) then onto a strange Thia resturant 1827. Packed and ready for Perth.

Bruf, Failed getting the menu. The waitress was a nightmare. Did manage to get a beer mat though.
