 Phnom Yath Guest HOuse is a nice quiet clean accomodation tucked away on an alley off the main drag. Rooms range from $2-$15 and the family and friends that run the house are very friendly and hospitable. I truly felt like a member of the family. I was able to learn how to play Chinese chess from some of the members of the staff. But only to be beaten every time. The food was good especially the veggie noodles which I had in the morning. The location was perfect as it was a five minute walk to downtown and the markets. Also it is at this Guest HOuse that you will meet the very professional, kind, reasonable, and knowledgeable Keo Navuth-nickname Toot. Toot was so great with his guiding skills I hired him for the next town of Battambang-his home town.
