I woke up in Algeciras on the bench. The sun was too bright and the birds were too loud. I didn't want to wake Nick up because I know he probably got as bad a sleep as I did. He looked cold, so I covered him up with my sleeping bag. As I did, he quickly woke up alarmed with a terrified look in his eyes. Then he realized it was just me! We grabbed breakfast and chilled in the cafeteria until it was time to get on our bus to Seville at 8:30am. Apparantly it's a scenic drive but I slept almost every second of it. We arrived in Seville around noon, bags in hand, and happened to arrive at the peak time of a city parade. There were people everywhere, the streets barricaded as we tried to maneauver our way to see what was going on. Overhead, there were parashooters dropping from planes. Still pretty tired and without a hostel reservation we wandered the streets, seeking directions multiple times. Finally found an available hostel and settled in.

We got changed, and walked around town, visited the "Catedral" which featured a hike to the top of the tower and awesome views among other typical cathedral things. We grabbed a quick and cheap lunch, wandered around for a bit and found our way back to our hostel. It was a Sunday so pretty much everything was closed and the streets were pretty bare. It was actually kinda nice.

We had a quick nap, watched some of the Monaco Grand Prix, reminiscing about being at certain points in the race just weeks before. We headed out to the Flamenco show, which took us a while to find. The show was cool, but it wasn't exactly what we expected. I thought it'd be a solo dance with a woman dressed in a massive dress, twisting and turning. There were a lot of tandoms and group dances. Still a great experience.

We decided we had seen what we could of Seville and decided to head out to Lagos first thing in the morning.
