So today was the last day of my week-long Galapagos cruise. Having had such a great week, it was really hard to think about going back to mainland Ecuador, but I kept having to remind myself how lucky I was to have been there at all! That said, I am definitely hoping to return one day - though maybe on a diving trip instead.

Anyway, we had one last island visit in the morning - this time, Seymour Island. We got to see some final sealions, iguanas & boobies, & were also lucky enough to see some puffed up frigates - displaying their wonderful red necks. Then it was back to the boat for our final brekkie, whilst journeying back to Baltra Island, from where we were to catch our flight back to Quito. We said our final goodbyes to the boat & crew, & the Galapagos Islands & then we were on our way. All too soon we were back in Quito & Hotel Rio Amazonas. What a week :o)
