Trail from Baker Beach and Walking Across the Golden Gate Bridge

One of my favorite San Francisco activities is hiking along the many beach trails in town. The walk from Baker Beach to the Golden Gate Bridge is one of the most scenic paths around, as you can see from these pictures. After my friend and I reached the foot of the bridge, we decided we might as well walk across, though I'd done it many times before and he's afraid of heights.  The images I took really speak for themselves, so have a look--- and if you're visiting San Francisco I highly recommend this walk.  It slopes, but gently.  You can enjoy spectacular views of the Marin headlands, the Pacific Ocean, and the bay as you go!
