We were unable to get a cabin at the Cascada de las Animas but down the road they also owned a hoster where they said they had a place for six to stay so we went for this. We did not expect the charming place we found. It was a cottage with a lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms..we had prepared ourselves for six bunks in a room at a hostel so we were most pleasantly surprised. We stayed two nights here and it was really lovely. I had bought a jacket in case we were cold and we hit a heat wave so it was hellish hot and a bit difficult to sleep at night. Pretty basic ameneties - no fridge - but there was plenty of hot water and the beds were soooo comfy.
