Saipan was one of my favorite ports ever.  The World War II evidence was everywhere, tanks, artillery cannons, and shell blasts could be seen all over the island.  The diving here was the best place I've dove.

Which dive sites have you dove in the islands? I do not dive, but I heard about the eagle ray city, where at any one time, a great number of eagle rays hover in one spot together.
