“Welrome - well worth a visit” |
Great central location near Termini station but situated off a small quieter street. The room itself was small but had a tv (one English channel only), table & chairs, fridge, kettle on request, and small private bathroom with hairdryer. The large windows looked over the street but had double paned glass and venetian style shutters to block out noise and light.
The real value of the Welrome is the host Mary who goes out of her way to provide information about Rome, getting about by public transport and in general be helpful in all circumstances. In our instance we needed medical assistance and to make various phone calls and Mary was helfpul in translating for us, and also accommodating our prolonged stay. Mary has fluent English, Italian and French. Highly recommended!
