The hotel is quite a ways away from the sites of Rome. The neighborhood didn't look too good either, so I was glad that I paid for an optional tour and dinner downtown. The staff wasn't too helpful either. Our bus got in late and we didn't have much time to change for dinner and I asked for an iron at the desk and they said I would have to call for it from my room. I would have just taken it right then but they wouldn't let me. I called and requested one and it took 30 minutes to get it to my room. So I had to wear something other than what I originally had planned because I didn't have enough time to iron. A few other times having to ask a question or whatever and they just were not pleasant.
