In the village of Volosko near Rijeka, we were blown away by the overall standard at Restaurant Le Mandrac. We had several tasty small plates from the seafood section served with wine by the glass and the matching was perfect. If you really want that wow factor in innovative cooking, this is the place to visit, i know we will return.
