so we're back to another beach.
ko samet is alot smaller than ko chang but alot more developed, that said the beach life is going down very nicely indeed. our packs are full of sand and or tans are coming along. the themes of the day so far have inlcuded getting up late, playing in the surf and then a variety of coloured curries in the evening (the best so far by the way is yellow...oooohh fiery!)
Yesterday was cloudy but me and dan had a wicked time trying to body surf in some of the biggest swells seen in thee parts for a while. we then got rather drunk on buckets (yes little buckets with straws in) on sansong whiskey and coke and ended up back in the sea at about 2am. meanwhile alex and jessica were being far more sensible; discussing feelings, or shopping or somthing!
i awoke feeling awful and have having found a quiet beach on some hired bikes we sat in hammocks...and that was about it for the day! although i'm sure we'll miss the beach it all getting a bit too........relaxing and we're looking forward to getting back on the road.
