385113 4 Location 572365 <p>After walking around for a while checking out all the restaurants at Clarke Quay ..... and there are lots we stumbled over "The Tent". After looking at the menu we were not impressed as there were only about three things listed. I am sure that the waiter could see that we just did not get it, so he offered to take us inside to show us how it al worked. </p><p>How it works is ... you get two bowls, big and small. You then chose the rice/noodles you would like, the mix of vegetables and the type of meat (if any) you want in you mongolian creation. You then have about 30 - 40 different sauces and spices that you can pick from to make up the sauce for you meal. Don't want there are suggested recipes that you can follow. </p><p>Then hand over the two bowls to the chef and either watch him cook it or go sit down. They will then cook you meal and bring it to you.</p><p>This was great for us as Kev chilli level is much higher then mine but niether of us had to suffer.
