Ranchos Libertad is in a great location, but Puertos Morelos as a whole is still recovering from hurricane Wilma, which means there is a lot of building work going on and quite a bit of rubbish still needs clearing.

The owners were really friendly and so knowledgable about everything. Valenté has a book on absolutely anything and everything and Hilda couldn´t be nicer.

The rooms were very clean and modern with hammocks on the balcony, with most rooms overlooking the sea, idealic.

Breakfast was fantastic with as much as you can eat and free bikes and snorkeling equipment are included which is a nice bonus.

We really recommend it.
