The less said about Las Vegas the better think. If I never see it again in my life it will be too soon.

The Grand Canyon is just that... a pretty big network of canyons that are really deep. If that doesn't sound very interesting you may not want to stay there more than 24-48 hours... you probably would get bored out of your little tree.

Now I have to qualify my entire time at The Grand Canyon, because during my entire stay and for another two days after that I had LA Belly (i.e. I became very acquainted with American toilets). On the flight into the Grand Canyon I felt so bad that I would have been quite happy if the plane had crashed and I had been put out of my misery (hey, heaven is better than earth anyway!). That said I was not able to really appreciate my time at The Grand Canyon as I would have liked.
