<body>&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maxi's Restaurant is located at the end of a long straight away into the small town of Manzanillo.&amp;nbsp; You can't miss this two story Bar/Reataurant perfectly located right on the beautiful blue beach's of Manzanillo. The first day my friends and I went to this Restaurant we had a hard time finding a seat it was so packed. I figured this was a very good sign considering it was during mid-week. Our Waiter was very friendly and efficient yet had the laid back 'no worry' attitude of the Southern Caribbean.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The anticipation of seeing food being served to near by tables and smelling all the wonderful aroma's coming from the kitchen had my gullet drooling. Once the food arrived their was a long amount of silence at our table from the deep concentration of food ingestion. I had a simple Pollo dish with the typical rice, beans and frieds plantains. But what made it stand out was the flavor and seasonings in the chicken. The cooks took their time preparing the meat, giving it a slow cook so it was super tender and tasty. My friends also were happy with their meals.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Also the view from the East side of the building is priceless. The atmosphere was great in that everyone was smiling and having a good time enjoying food and beverage. In fact it was so good my friends and I decided to come back the next day. This time I had the Fresh Red Snapper. I ordered a medium size fish and it was more than enough to satisfy my hunger. All of us once again left very happy and pleased at the quality of food and service. For the people that like spicy food ask for their hot sauce and you'll be in for a hot tasty surprise.</body>
