16733 4 Location 546974 <p>Back in Melbourne for round 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Travelled west by car,&nbsp;covering&nbsp;most of the Great Ocean Road from Torquay to Port Campbell.&nbsp; This route is known as one of Australia's&nbsp;most scenic drives, and it did not disappoint.</p><p>Favorite moments included:</p><p>Meeting&nbsp;the local women in Lorne.</p><p>Stumbling upon a surf life-saving competition in Apollo&nbsp;Bay.&nbsp; I would have preferred a bunch of WOmen in skimpy bathers kayaking, swimming and&nbsp;running, but it was still worth watching.</p><p>Walking to the top of the Cape Otway Lightstation.</p><p>Spotting&nbsp;four koalas in the wild, which was a first for me.</p><p>Taking in the scenery along the road, particularly in the Port Campbell region.&nbsp; The cliffs, beaches and&nbsp;ocean views&nbsp;were stunning.&nbsp; The rock formations, including "The Twelve Apostles" and "London Bridge," were amazing as well.</p> 2007-03-04T10:58:47-08:00 947978245 2007-03-09T16:00:00-08:00 0 18 235994 3867253 16733 0 140120 0.0 2007-03-03T16:00:00-08:00 Published 0.0 Don't Hate the Great 2007-07-01T08:04:35-07:00 93227 0
