377944 1 Location 545799 <p>My colleague picked this hotel and it was a huge disappointment. For $395/night I expected much more.</p><p>I arrive on a red-eye at 8:30AM and need to sleep for a few hours before the focus groups start. The hotel charges me an additional $95 for early check-in. I think this is outrageous, because it is not like they can rent the room to someone else and no one proved any additional services (like cleaning) in those extra hours I was there. One of the elevators is broken and the wait to get to my room is over 10 minutes.</p><p>My room on the third floor (which turned out to be a blessing given the elevator situation) was small, dark and overlooked an airshaft. </p><p>One plus is the free wireless service.</p><p>Next time I'll stay at the W.
