The exhibits are arranged in a series of buildings with a central courtyard which has a display of US military hardware left after the war ended which is interesting in its own right. As mentioned the war photography section is the best display. Other exhibits include the effects of Agent Orange, anti war propaganda produced by countries other than Vietnam, including Australia, childrens paintins and a mock up of the prisons operated by the South Vietnamese during the war.
