As you might imagine, spaghetti bolognese is not a dish native to Spain, so when my friend thought of it, it seemed like a pipe dream. How astonishing to find it as the menu of the day! (In Spain, "menu al dia"often means that there are no other items served that day, such is the case with this reasonably priced cafe.)
