380244 2 Location 538128 Well it is certainly the cheapest place to stay in santiago, but man does scott have some funny rules. mainly regarding water - like not being allowed to do any washing up and if you really have to not being allowed to use soap or water really. and rules about washing your clothes in dirty water. Plus the sink in th etoilet didn´t work and showed no signs of being fixed.
