367846 3 Location 540946 It's location right on the harbour is a plus if you're travelling on by boat.  However, we didn't think that it was great value for the price.  It promised hot water, but in our room at least there was only the very tiniest dribble.  Perhaps the more expensive rooms had better facilities.  The rooftop cafe has a great view over the harbour and beyond, but the menu is very limited.  The included breakfast was just bread and jam, plus tea or coffee.  Unless you need quick access to the harbour, there are better places, eg.
