388725 Location 531340 wowzer. we have arrived at aswan and i can finally think. its beautiful here and quiet. my nerve were getting somewhat frazzled with all the frenetic pace of cairo and the constant asking for money. though i have learnt to look disinterested while interested. Cairo was such a culture shock for me. squillions of people. Seeing such old treasures has been quite an experience..being around a country that is ancient is very moving.Aswan has been the highlight so far..the pace reminds me of home.on the balcony where we are staying i can see elephantine island and the sailboats cruizing around. i can now unwind and get cairo out of my hair, my tummy can relax and i can get back to smiling.
