352806 4 Location 529224 <p>Originally opened in 1972 as a bar with music, the restaurant is located in the Fell’s Point area of Baltimore. The owners called it Bertha’s, a name that was on a stained glass decoration hung in the bar. After they lost their license for music, serving food was added as a lark. <p>The caper paid off when people lined up to get into the very small place. It has grown in size over the years by adding adjacent spaces.
