53745 4 Location 525202 <p>Woodland Park Zoo is one of the earliest designed so that the animals live in preserves simlar to the wild. People view them through small windows so that there is less of a caged-in feel as with most zoos. </p><p>The zoo exhibits are arranged by continents, and include bits of culture and architecture as well. We especially enjoyed the interactive nature of this zoo, with the special exhibits for bird feeding and butterfly observation.
