362264 4 Location 527000 We wanted for a quick lunch and picked "Friends" restaurant on the man street of Av. B.Mitre. We did not know anthing about this place as no mention of it in our guidebooks. The inside was full of customers and appeared very popular among locals and tourists alike. The service was fast and good.
