386323 4 Location 533843 <p>The ocean view bungalows were in a great location, with the promised ocean view.  (There are also newer and slightly more expensive "garden view" cottages, and a new block of "budget rooms").  While the cottages were comfortable, the quality varied - we stayed in two over our 8 nights there, room 2 had bad plumbing, difficult doors and the fan didn't work properly.  Room 5 had everything working properly!  The price includes three meals, these were of varying quality also.  Breakfast was toast &amp; jam with sometimes an egg added in.  Lunch and dinner consisted of rice, a vegetable dish and a meat dish (alternating fish with other meat such as pork or chicken).  Occasionally there would be a special treat thrown in, but the meals did tend to get a little monotonous.  We were there over the New Year period and they were apparently short-staffed, but we did think it poor that our room didn't get cleaned for three days!  Nigel and Tina are attentive and likeable hosts, but do need to work on maintaining high standards.  The only down side of the ocean view cottages is that it's a bit of a hike up to the restaurant for lunch and dinner - on the other hand they're close to the building next to the dive operations where breakfast is served.</p><p>The boat crews and dive guides were of a high standard.</p> 2006-01-29T17:42:46-08:00 1216348168 2006-01-17T16:00:00-08:00 0 16 221147 911719 386323 0 146238 0.0 2005-12-25T16:00:00-08:00 Published Beach front cottages 0.0 2006-01-29T17:42:47-08:00 11533 0
