The rooms are on the backside, towards the beach, so it is not very noisy from the traffic. The rooms are nice and clean, mosquito net on request. Small balcony, but unfortunately no pool. :( Food is delicious, but you can eat for less when you take a walk in Hikkaduwa. The ocean is very rough because of a reef in front of the hotel, so swimming is not possible.
