194973 5 Location 519514 <p>Before we left the states, I had to laugh at the idea of staying in a Holiday Inn abroad but was was pleasantly surprised upon our arrival.&nbsp; Paris is an enormous city and much larger than I had anticipated.&nbsp; At first, it seemed as though our hotel was very distant from many of the city's attractions&nbsp;but that wasn't exactly true.&nbsp; It is within walking distance from Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle and Per Lachaise Cemetery (each under 5 miles away). </p><p>The service staff was great especially the concierge who rescued me by bringing up a synthetic pillow (I'm highly allergic to down filled which is what the hotel puts in each of the rooms)&nbsp; around 11 pm.&nbsp;</p><p>The rooms are fairly roomy, clean and&nbsp;well-decorated.&nbsp; The best thing about this hotel though was definitely the morning's buffet breakfast!
