Belive me when I say this for the ten minutes my daughter and I spent picking up some Carne asada tacos prior to hitting the Carlsbad state beach I found out what the locals eat and fancy and it's Cessy's Mexican food. Just for the short time we waited I must have counted about 20 walkins and the phone was ringing off the hook. Small place with about 15 tables and everything on the menu from Tacos to homemade pico de gallo to enchilatas, anything mexicano made hot and fresh and quick. And by the way the Carne asada tacos were awesome.
