4 Location 507997 Every year, in appreciation for Canada's help in liberating their country, the Dutch donate millions of tulip bulbs to Canada's capital and the city plants huge beds of these flowers in various parks throughout town. Tents are set up at the various locations for musical and other special events and special packages are available on the Internet that include accommodation, bus tickets and admission to various events. We made our own arrangements and preferred that.
