374164 5 Location 506067 <p>This State Park is located on Orcas Island in the San Juans. It has miles of hiking trails and the highest point in the San Juans, Mount Constitution is located here. The top is a little over 2400 feet high. There is an observation tower where you get a 360 degree view of the islands. The road has lots of twists and turns, but is well worth the drive.
