Today was an only day to write about… A Valentine’s Day… It
is a specific Day of a year… so, it was just a Day before we made a decision to
go to visit one of romantic places in the Czech
Republic… A Red
Castle in a South of Bohemian
region… “The Red Lhota
Castle” (Zámek Červená Lhota),
but
it was as big deal to turn our wish out… It is being a few Cervena
Lhota’s towns
in the same county or at least so close each other to get a mistake…
And it happened to me... One Cervena Lhota with a Castle in
Southern Bohemia and other in Southern Moravia region. Both of Towns
with the same name, both of them with a Castle, and both in Vysočina
county all together… We were in hope with any castle on our road… Loket… Český
Štenberk… but at most we wanted to make it to the Cervena
Lhota Castle…
What a pity, we were wrong… I did find the other one... instead the one we wanted... Next time we gonna make it!

Anyway, mistakes not always bad... we had a good time in
Třebíč, the most important city of the Vysocina county in Southern Bohemia, which
is under the Unesco wing with The Jewish Quarter and the Basilica of St. Procopius.
Even tho... we found a hided Restaurant
Pivovar Černá Hora in one of slips from the main Square. Sort of representative
brunch of the Brewery Cerna Hora which is located between Brno
and Svitavy moravian cities www.pivovarch.cz

The area of the Jewish Quarter still exhibits its historical
layout and structure that has developed in the limited area between the Jihlava
River and the hill of Hrádek. The
Quarter exhibits a mysterious atmosphere with its tortuous streets, dark nooks
or its tiny lines and skipes.

The abbot´s church, initially dedicated to Virgin Mary, was
built in the early 13th century as a part of the Benedictine Monastery founded
in 1101. The basilica ranks among the pearls of medieval architecture. Its
Romanesque style shows also some Gothic elements. The church was largely
damaged when Trebic was besieged by Matthias Corvinius´ army in 1468, and was
then used for secular purposes for more than two centuries. After its renovation
by František Maxmilián Kaňka in 1725-1731 it was used again for sacral purposes
and dedicated to St. Procopius.

The third part of today is the BernarD’s mother Tongue. Humpolec
city get the one of most important part of world to me… because of the Best
taste of beer… http://www.bernard.cz/

The Family in Humpolec is still growing, and not only in terms of
the success of its products. Since the year 2000 it has acted as a
joint stock company and in July 2001 it increased its base
capital with the entry of a strategic partner, http://www.duvel.be/ from the Belgian Kingdom.

We decided to spend a night in Humpolec in one of most
famous pension named A Black Horse… where they have a fresh beer on tap… Ja, BernarD shmeckt gute… we appreciated that…
and we were happy we had where to park our car, and were to get down our heavy,
tired heads… at least under a roof… we will see tomorrow how we will feel like…

According a weather, which is not on our side today, we woke
up, got up 9ish, found our car exactly where we parked it last night, and tried
to stop by the Papa’s Garden, where they had Valentine’s party yesterday, so we
couldn’t stay there for longer than to finish our beer beside a Fried Camembert
with delicious cranberry sauce, tho. http://www.papasgarden.net/
Too bad they were closed this morning, so let’s wait about an hour and half
till they will open or let’s go for some breakfast somewhere else... We left
the Humpolec Town,
aim our arrow to Prague’s Tv Tower
as a target, and made a break in Průhonice “La Creperie chez Poules” (Creperie
U Slepiček).

Recipes of today (Valentine's Day)

Every beer suppose to have its own glass based on its particular
style, and its spesific beer taste. Like a wine, a beer aromas,
beguiling flavors... enjoy the good beer through its specific
destinctive foam the most, and it will gain your attention for ever. A
good beer should be one of you best friends, which quality you gonna
admire immediately. Just one sip, and a pure Love come through your
tummy...

Fried Camembert with cranberry sauce

2 camemberts
it one by another into the flour, the scrambled egg, and the bread
crumbs. Preheat the medium pan with the sunflower oil, and put
carefuly the prepared camemberts into the hot oil to fry. All four
pieces of camembert cheese suppose to be sinked into the oil well
proportioned to get the best result.
Stir the cramberry jelly with the water together and decorate fried
camembert chesses all over the crispy cout with this crambery sauce as
contures of hearts...

Salmon simmered in a Beer

4 salmon filets (100 gr each) 2 spoons of chopped shallots 20 cl cream 10 gr butter 8 cl any Beer lager

Start a New Day as sweet as the Life should be with a smell of Love...
