202577 4 Location 484837 I wanted to visit this tiny market to see the local architecture, as it was old Victorian amidst plenty of office buildings. We were in the finance section of town, you see, and there were plenty of modern buildings...and modern both of this time and of modern to a Victorian, as well. And yes, the Harry Potter's films chose this area to shoot the story's "Diagon Alley". The architecture was lovely, but the shops within were just your standard high street shops. There were a couple of places where we could have stopped in for a Cornish PAHsty, but we chose to keep moving. Around the corner, we discovered a most futuristic looking building. Thoughts of the film "Metropolis" or the book, "1984" or "Farenheit 411" and this was a bizarre environmental design. What a contrast of the old and the "new"!
