166534 4 Location 486820 <p>Opened in mid-90’s, Fresca on West Portal Ave is the original of now three restaurants serving a modernized style of Peruvian cuisine along with the traditional Peruvian dishes and Ceviches. </p><p>Recently they have started serving lunch as well.
