31863 5 Location 465488 <p>Absolutely stunning... by far my favorite hotel visited. The location in the Recoleta is the same as the Alvear &amp; Four Seasons but the design is amazing and they’ve retained most the original manse. The rooms in the old and new sections are exactly the same except the ones in the old have antique touches, like glass chandelier in the bathroom or brass doorknobs, all from the original structure. They are tastefully designed; modern yet warm and being so new everything is in tip-top shape. The outdoor area is fabulous...terraced fountains, bistro tables, lush greenery in between the beautiful old mansion and the new building, which is very unobtrusive unlike so many new wings in classic hotels. The Oak Bar is all original, and feels very medieval Belgium.
