371095 4 Location 461159 I've seen many "dancing fountains" - form the tiny one in Polish spa Duszniki to the Barcelona giant. Seen one of them, seen them all, I thought - but this one's different. The crowds are there, all right, mostly speaking Russian and Polish. There were several hundred people in front of the box office - luckily we had our tickets booked in advance. The Fountain is located in 19th century Exhibition Grounds, a very picturesque place itself, within a comfortable (though windy) amphiteatre. The programme includes a full time ballet show (in our case "The Swan Lake"), performed by young Czech dancers in the middle of multicoloured shooting streams of water. Just how do they do it - I can't tell. Go figure it out yourself. It's a curious, ufrogettable experience. Ah, and they speak English there.
