vrs's review

It was a nice place, since it was a long stay the kitchenette came in handy.

From Adventure in Paris in Paris, France on Jan 27 '05

It was about 80 euros per day, since it was winter i guess the place was cheaper than it would be in summers.

It costs abt 50 euros (+5 euros for baggage) from Charles de Galle airport and abt 10-12 euros on the metro (2 changes/3trains)

It was a nice place, since it was a long stay the kitchenette came in handy.

They have television and cable but most of the channels are in french - except for CNN, but i guess if you're in paris - you wouldnt be too bothered about what plays on TV.

They have a Laundromat which cost a euros a kg or nearabouts.

There is no parking space as such but a place can be booked for a couple of days on request - but it drills a hole in your pockets.

Plaisance is the nearest metro station and abt 250m. Bus route 58 (to Chatilon - near Notre Dame) passes in front of the apartment, Boulevard Brune a major road is 100m from here all major buses can be caught here.

Rue Didot is lined with a lot of cafe's - Indie, Italien, japaneses sushi bar, fast food (dominos...) etc. so you have a lot options to eat.

There are a couple of parks nearby which makes for a beautiful nieghbourhood

Hertz rent-a-car is write at the end of the street. Monoprix shares the ground floor with the reception of the apartments.

There is free internet access in the lobby if you carry your laptop there is a hub in the lobby so you can access the internet and not use the public computer (which usually has long waiting - i used to wake up at 5am to beat the crowd :()

the receptionists speak english but not neccessarily the other staff.
