364806 4 Location 568372 <p>The Hive bar was one of a few bars close by.</p><p>HAPPY HOURS was for hours. 5-9 every night! And that meant you could get 2 (world class) cocktails for 25 000 kip (just over $3 AUD). Obviously it didn't wasn't long before we were drunk again! After happy hour it was 25 000 kip for one cocktail and that was the most expensive drink.</p><p>The ambience in the place was fantastic. With seating under trees outside the wall inside were a rustic red brick (painted rustic red) with comfortable seating lit by little candles or unusual styled lamp; is it the type of place many would flock to in Brisbane. However it was quite quiet here until about 10 when there were a few more people however all bars close here at 12pm.</p><p>We also made friends with the bar man who used to be a monk and even scored a few shots of lao lao (red in colour) and some green thing.
